Orders & Payment
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — if you need to make a change or cancel, email us at support@avdeb.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After that window your order may already be in production and we may not be able to make changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes! Sign up to our newsletter and receive 10% off your first order. We also send exclusive deals and early access to sales to our subscribers.
Is checkout secure?
Absolutely. Our checkout is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption and all payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your card details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout and typically arrives in 2–3 business days. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.

What material are your 3D prints made from?
Our 3D prints are primarily made from PLA and PETG, chosen for their strength, detail, and eco-friendlier profile. Food-safe filament options are available on request — just get in touch before ordering.
Can I request a custom print or badge?
Yes! We love custom work. Email us at support@avdeb.com or use the contact form with your idea, reference images, and any size or colour preferences and we'll get back to you with a quote.
Are stickers waterproof?
Yes. Our stickers are printed on premium vinyl, making them waterproof and UV-resistant. They're suitable for outdoor use, water bottles, laptops, and more.
How do I care for 3D printed items?
To keep your prints looking their best: avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or in hot environments (e.g. a car in summer) for prolonged periods. Hand wash only with mild soap and cool water — 3D printed items are not dishwasher safe.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Custom and personalised orders are non-refundable unless faulty. See our full Returns Policy for details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@avdeb.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Custom & Wholesale
Do you do bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes — we're happy to discuss bulk and wholesale pricing. Contact us at support@avdeb.com with the products you're interested in and the quantities you need and we'll put together a quote for you.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders typically take 5–10 business days to produce, depending on complexity and our current queue. We'll give you an estimated timeline when you place your custom request and keep you updated throughout.
