Shipping & Delivery

At AVDEB, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. This page outlines our processing times, available shipping methods, and everything you need to know about getting your order from us to your door.

1 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

  • Standard items — typically shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase.
  • Custom & personalised items — may require additional production time beyond the standard window. Any extended lead time will be noted on the product page.
  • High-demand periods — during peak seasons (e.g. holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2 Domestic Shipping

We offer several shipping options for domestic orders. Estimated transit times begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — our most economical option, available on all orders. Free on orders over $50.
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — faster delivery at a flat rate, ideal when you need your order sooner.
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — our fastest domestic option for time-sensitive orders. Must be placed before the daily cut-off time shown at checkout.

Exact shipping costs for each method are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.


3 International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International transit times vary by destination and carrier, but orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after dispatch.

  • Customs & import duties — any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. AVDEB has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
  • Customs clearance delays — international packages may be subject to customs inspection, which can add additional time beyond the estimated transit window.
  • Restricted destinations — we are unable to ship to certain countries due to carrier or regulatory restrictions. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

4 Order Tracking

Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

  • Activation delay — please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active and visible on the carrier's website.
  • No tracking email? — check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@avdeb.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
  • International tracking — tracking updates may be less frequent once a package crosses borders; this is normal carrier behaviour.

5 Shipping Restrictions

Please be aware of the following restrictions that may affect delivery options available to you:

  • P.O. boxes — we accept P.O. box addresses for Standard Shipping only. Expedited and Express services require a physical street address.
  • 3D printed items — some products manufactured via 3D printing may have dimensional or weight characteristics that limit available carriers or shipping methods. Any such restrictions will be indicated at checkout.
  • Oversized or heavy orders — orders that exceed standard carrier size or weight thresholds may require freight shipping; we will contact you if this applies to your order.

6 Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if something goes wrong in transit, here is what to do:

  • Damaged items — please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a reship or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
  • Lost packages — if your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your order is marked delivered but not received, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
  • Carrier delays — while we strive to dispatch orders promptly, AVDEB is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Estimated transit times are not guaranteed.
  • Incorrect address — please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been dispatched. Additional charges may apply for returned and reshipped orders due to an incorrect address.
