Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the https://avdeb.com website operated by AVDEB ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Orders and Purchases

When you place an order through our Service, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as stated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Payment

We accept payment by the methods displayed at checkout. By submitting an order you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order amount including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling charges, provided that the items are returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AVDEB and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AVDEB.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as incidental to normal web browsing.

7. User Content

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AVDEB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars (USD $100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AVDEB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AVDEB is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
