How We Make It

Every AVDEB product starts as an idea and goes through a careful process before it reaches your door. Here's how we do it.

    Design

    Every product starts as a digital design. We sketch, iterate, and refine in 3D modelling software until every dimension and detail is perfect.

  2. 2

    Prototyping

    We print test runs on our studio printers, checking fit, feel, and finish. Real-world testing beats digital previews every time.

  3. 3

    Material Selection

    We use high-quality PLA and PETG filaments. For food-adjacent or outdoor products, we select materials accordingly.

  4. 4

    Production Print

    Once we're happy, we run the final print. Depending on complexity, this can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 24 hours per piece.

  5. 5

    Finishing & Quality Check

    Pieces are cleaned, sanded if needed, and inspected. Stickers are cut, badges are assembled — every item gets eyes-on QC before it ships.

  6. 6

    Packaging & Dispatch

    We pack orders with minimal, recyclable materials and hand them off to the carrier. Most orders leave the studio within 1–2 business days.
