Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we've made it as easy as possible to return or exchange your item. Please read the policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
1 Our 30-Day Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- •Items must be unused and in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- •The 30-day window starts from the date the carrier marks your order as delivered.
- •Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return under this guarantee.
2 How to Start a Return
Starting a return is straightforward — just get in touch with our support team and we'll take it from there.
- •Email us at support@avdeb.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- •We will reply with detailed return instructions within 1 business day.
- •Please do not send items back before receiving instructions — unrequested returns may cause delays.
3 Return Shipping
Who pays for return postage depends on why the item is being returned.
- •Change of mind / incorrect size — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- •Damaged, defective, or wrong item — we will cover all return shipping costs. See Section 7 for details.
- •We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. AVDEB cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit without tracking.
4 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed promptly.
- •Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
- •The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- •Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- •Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account — this is outside our control.
5 Exchanges
We're happy to help you swap for a different size or variant where stock allows.
- •Exchanges are treated as a return plus a new order — return the original item following the process in Section 2, then place a fresh order for the replacement.
- •This ensures the fastest turnaround and guarantees the replacement is reserved for you.
- •If the desired variant is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.
6 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature. These include:
- •Custom and personalised items — such as name badges, custom prints, or any product made to your specification — are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
- •Digital products — downloadable or digital goods are non-refundable once access has been granted.
- •Items not in their original condition, or returned more than 30 days after delivery, are not eligible for a refund.
If you believe a non-returnable item is defective or was mis-described, please contact us at support@avdeb.com and we will assess each case individually.
7 Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right at no cost to you.
- •Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@avdeb.com.
- •Please include photos clearly showing the damage or defect, along with your order number.
- •We will arrange a free reshipment or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer — and we'll cover any return postage required.
- •Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery may still be considered at our discretion, but prompt reporting helps us resolve issues faster.
