FAQ
How does an NFC keychain work?
An NFC chip is sealed inside the keychain. When someone holds a phone near it, the phone reads the link stored on the chip and offers to open it — no app or QR scan needed. It needs no battery.
Which phones can read it?
iPhone XS and newer read NFC tags automatically while the screen is on. Most Android phones read them when NFC is turned on in settings (it usually is).
What link can I put on it?
Any web address: your website, Instagram or TikTok profile, Linktree, menu, booking page, Google review link or a digital business card page. Up to 300 characters.
Can I change the link later?
We program and test the chip with the link you order. The chip is sealed inside the keychain, so to change destinations later, point the tag at a page you control (like your Linktree or website) and update that page.
What logo files work best?
Flat, bold logos with one color on a plain or transparent background: SVG or a large transparent PNG. Lines thinner than 0.8 mm can't be printed at keychain size, so the designer thickens them automatically and shows you the result. If a logo is too detailed to thicken cleanly, it asks for a bolder version before you order.
Is my logo printed in full color?
Your logo is printed in one color raised on the keychain color — two filaments printed together, so it never wears off. Pick any two of the colors we have loaded.
Do you make keychains for a whole team or event?
Yes. Choose a pack of 5, 10, 25 or 50 of the same design for a lower price per keychain. For several designs, add each one to the cart separately.
How long does it take?
Each keychain is printed to order in Los Angeles and every tag is tested with a phone before it's packed. Shipping times are shown at checkout, and you get tracking when it ships.
