What file formats do you accept?

We accept STL, 3MF, and OBJ files. STL is the most common format for 3D printing. If your file is in another format (STEP, Fusion 360, Blender), export it as STL before uploading.

How long does it take to get my print?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Print time depends on the size, quality settings, and complexity of your model. Rush orders (1–2 day turnaround) are available for an additional fee.

What materials are available?

We offer PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU (flexible), PLA Silk (metallic finish), and PLA Matte. PLA is the most popular choice for prototypes and decorative items. PETG and ABS are better for functional and mechanical parts.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on actual slicing results: print time, material weight, infill density, layer height, and whether support structures are needed. We calculate the price after slicing your exact model — no guesswork or flat-rate surcharges.

Can you print multicolor models?

Yes. We use a Bambu Lab AMS (Automatic Material System) for multi-color prints with up to 4 colors. Upload your model and mention your color requirements in the notes — we'll provide a custom quote.

What's the maximum print size?

Our build volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm (approximately 10 × 10 × 10 inches). For larger models, we can split the print into sections that assemble together — just mention this in your order notes.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is available on request for larger orders. Contact us for a custom shipping quote.

What if my model needs repair?

We automatically check uploaded models for common issues — non-manifold edges, holes, and inverted normals. Minor issues are repaired automatically. If your model has significant problems, we'll contact you with recommendations before printing.

Can I get a custom quote for a complex project?

Absolutely. Use our custom request form for projects that need special materials, post-processing (sanding, painting, assembly), large quantities, or anything beyond standard FDM printing.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order. You can order a single print. Volume discounts are available for quantities of 10 or more — pricing per unit decreases as quantity increases.
