Magnet backs suit button-up shirts, blouses and blazers because they never leave holes. Pin backs are better on aprons, thick knit polos and vests where a magnet can slide. Salons and spas often choose Gold or Silver Glitter; offices and front desks usually go with Silver, Black or White.

Can you put our company logo on employee name badges?

Yes. Upload it in our badge maker while you add the badges, or email it to info@avdeb.com with the order number. We'll print it on every badge in that order.

Can every employee have a different name and title?

Yes. Each badge is added to the cart separately with its own name and title, so one order can cover the whole team.

What size name badge is best for staff?

3″ × 1″ fits a name and a short title. Choose 3″ × 1.5″ if you want the logo beside the name or the job titles are long.

Magnetic or pin name tags for work uniforms?

Magnets are best on shirts, blouses and blazers because they leave no holes. Pins hold better on aprons, thick knits and vests.

Can we order more badges later for new employees?

Yes. Order the same style again whenever you hire — just upload the same logo file in the badge maker (or email it with the new order number) so it matches.
